Coronavirus: Kyrgyzstan confirms 70 more recoveries

Bishkek, July 9, 2020. /Kabar/. In Kyrgyzstan, 70 people with previously confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 have recovered in the past day, Ainura Akmatova, the Head of the Public Health Department of the Health Ministry said a news briefing Thursday. A total of 3,053 Kyrgyzstanis have cured of novel coronavirus. Kyrgyzstan added on Tuesday 361 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total confirmed cases in the country to 8,847. The representative of the Health Ministry reported 4 new virus-related deaths, raising the total number of death toll to 116. Meanwhile, 610 people remained hospitalized, 14 patients are in intensive care. In addition, 5,068 asymptomatic patients are in home quarantine.
