Foreign Minister holds phone call with Arab League Secretary General

Manama, July 29 (BNA): The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, held a phone call with the Secretary General of the League of Arab States Ahmed Aboul Gheit. The two sides discussed joint Arab action and ways to intensify efforts aimed at strengthening Arab cooperation within the framework of the League to serve the interests of Arab countries and support security and stability in the region. They also reviewed the latest political developments in the region and issues of shared interest.
