631 new coronavirus cases revealed in Kyrgyzstan, total at 35,143

Bishkek, July 30, 2020. /Kabar/. Over the past day, 631 new cases of U07.1 и U07.2 COVID-19 coronavirus infection were revealed in the Kyrgyz Republic, the press service of the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 reported Thursday. Thus, Kyrgyzstan’s total number of COVID-19 has climbed to 35,143 since the first case was detected on March 18. At a daily news briefing, Head of the Public Health Department of the Kyrgyz Health Ministry Ainura Akmatova reported that as of July 30, another 32 cases were identified among medical workers of the country, total at 2,743, including 1,664 cases of recovery. 1,131 people in Kyrgyzstan have cured in the past day, raising the nationwide recoveries to 24,474. The country’s death toll from novel coronavirus has reached 1,364 after the Health Ministry’s representative reported 17 more virus-related deaths Thursday. At present, there are 9,321 patients in hospitals and inpatient centers of the republic. Of these, 3,801 are patients with laboratory-confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19, while 5,520 are patients with community-acquired pneumonia.
