HM King congratulates Saudi Monarch on Haj success

Manama, Aug. 1 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today sent a cable of congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud on the success of this year’s Haj season, held amid exceptional circumstances resulting from the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). HM the King stressed that the success of this year’s Haj season proves Saudi Arabia’s outstanding ability and keenness to assume its responsibilities of organising Haj rituals, commending the efforts exerted by King Salman and his government to hold Haj rituals while implementing the adequate precautionary measures to ensure the highest levels of safety and health for pilgrims. HM King Hamad prayed to Allah the Almighty to grant Haj pilgrims many rewards and foregiveness, wishing Saudi Arabia and its brotherly people many happy returns of the occasion, as well as further progress and prosperity, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
