HRH Crown Prince congratulates Saudi Monarch on the success of the Hajj pilgrimage

Manama, Aug. 1 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, sent a cable of congratulations to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on the success of this year’s Hajj pilgrimage which was held amid exceptional circumstances due to coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic. HRH the Crown Prince highlighted that success of this year’s Hajj pilgrimage reflects the keenness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to assume the sacred responsibility of organising the Haj rituals. HRH commended Saudi Arabia’s tremendous efforts, led by King Salman and the government, to hold the Hajj pilgrimage all whilst implementing adequate precautionary measures to ensure the highest levels of safety and health for pilgrims. HRH the Crown Prince expressed best wishes to the Hajj pilgrims, and to Saudi Arabia and its citizens many happy returns of the occasion, as well as further progress and prosperity, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. HRH the Crown Prince sent similar cables to the Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah region and Head of the Central Haj Committee, HRH Prince Khalid Al Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
