Kyrgyzstan adds 155 COVID-19 cases

Bishkek, Aug. 18, 2020 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan added 155 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, raising the tally of infections to 42,146. Of the total number of infected 3,038 are medical workers, including 3 new cases, Ainura Akmatova, the Republican Headquarters on COVID-19 said. The headquarters reported that 318 COVID-19 patients have recovered over the past day, bringing the total recoveries to 34,885. The virus-related death tally stands at 1,498 with two more deaths recorded in the previous 24 hours.
