Foreign Minister arrives in Washington

Washington, Sept. 14 (BNA): Tasked by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Foreign Affairs Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, arrived in Washington. The minister will take part in the signing ceremony of the peace agreement between the United Arab Emirates and Israel, as well as signing the Declaration of Peace between Bahrain and Israel. The ceremony will be held in the White House on Tuesday, in the presence of US President Donald Trump, Emirati Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister HH Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, in addition to senior officials of the US government. Dr. Al-Zayani was received by Bahraini Ambassador to the United States, Shaikh Abdulla bin Rashid Al Khalifa, and officials of Protocol at the US Department of State.
