Health Minister receives Swiss Honorary Consul

Manama, Sept.14 (BNA): Health Minister Faeqa bint Said Al-Saleh received Swiss Honorary Consul-General Humbert Vincent Buemi and discussed joint cooperation between the two friendly countries. The minister hailed strong bilateral relations and steadily-growing cooperation spanning all development fields, especially in the health sector. The Swiss Consul-General praised Bahrain’s strides and advanced medical and therapeutic services delivered to citizens and residents, particularly as the Kingdom strives to combat the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) which affected all countries in the world. He stressed keenness on strengthening cooperation with pharma companies by supporting joint programmes and holding meetings remotely.
