HM King congratulated by Shura Council chairman

Manama, Sept.15(BNA): Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh extended congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa on the signing of the Peace Declaration between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Israel. He said that the declaration is in line with HM the King’s drive to promote the culture of peace and co-existence and keenness on stepping up international concerted efforts to end the conflict between the Palestinians and Israel. Al-Saleh said that the Kingdom of Bahrain is a sovereign country whose decisions stemp from national and Arab fundamentals and vital interests. He reiterated Bahrain’s firm commitment to the Arab Peace Initiative, the international resolutions as well as support to the efforts exerted by all Arab partners to reach a peaceful settlement that protects the Palestinians’ inalienable rights and national interests.
