Interior Minister: valid PCR certificates for entry to Bahrain via causeway

Manama, Sept.16 (BNA): The Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa said that Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) certificates accredited by the Saudi Health Ministry within 72 hours after undergoing the COVID-19 tests would be valid for entry to Bahrain. He said that the measure aims welcome travellers coming to Bahrain through the King Fahad Causeway and to facilitate their procedures, adding that no other health procedure would be applied The minister pointed out that work is going on with concerned Saudi authorities to get the results electronically to facilitate the entry of visitors.
