Mossad chief visits Bahrain

Manama, Oct. 1 (BNA): National Intelligence Agency (NIA) President, Lieutenant-General Adel bin Khalifa Al-Fadhel, and Strategic Security Bureau (SSB) Chairman, Shaikh Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, welcomed the Director of the National Intelligence Agency of Israel (Mossad), Yossi Cohen, upon arrival to Bahrain yesterday. The two sides discussed topics of mutual interest, and stressed the importance of the declaration supporting peace signed recently between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Israel. They said that the declaration would contribute significantly to enhancing stability and promoting the values of peace across the region, as well as to opening up horizons of cooperation between the two countries.
