HRH the Crown Prince issues edict, amending schedules of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law

Manama, Oct. 5 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and First Deputy Prime Minister, today issued Edict (14) of 2020, adding new additions to Law No. (15) of 2007 regarding Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances. The edict adds “Pregabalin” and “Gabapentin” to the second group 'psychotropic substances' of schedule (4) of Law No. (15) of 2007. The Ministers, each in their own capacities, shall implement the provisions of this edict, which takes immediate effect upon publication in the Official Gazette.
