Coast Guard Commander receives US 5th Fleet Commander

Manama, Oct. 16 (BNA): Coast Guard Commander, Major-General Alaa Siyadi, received Commander of the US Naval Forces Central Command, US 5th Fleet and Combined Maritime Forces Vice-Admiral Samuel Paparo. He welcomed the US official who hailed the efforts of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in general, and the Interior Ministry, in particular, in fighting COVID-19. The two sides reviewed maritime security and training cooperation and coordination between Bahrain and the United States.
