SEA President receives Power Solutions International, Al Mahrous delegations

Manama, Oct. 26 (BNA): Sustainable Energy Authority (SEA)'s President Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza, received a delegation from Power Solutions International and Al Mahrous for development and management of sustainable energy projects. SEA President praised the delegation’s role in developing renewable energy technology and applications. They were briefed on SEA projects, Dr. Mirza applauded the unlimited support of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for the sustainable energy sector, and addressed the important dimensions of the Authority’s vision and mission. He also overviewed the renewable energy and energy efficiency initiatives including the National Renewable Energy and the National Energy Efficiency Plan as the main reference for investment plans and projects in the Kingdom. The delegations appreciated the efforts of the authority led by Dr. Mirza, which resulted in many achievements in energy sector in Bahrain, expressing their desire to establish a joint cooperation with the authority to achieve development plans and visions for the sustainable energy sector in the Kingdom.
