NAVCENT Commander pays homage to late HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa

Manama, Nov.12 (BNA): The Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT), U.S. 5th Fleet Vice Admiral Samuel Paparo described late His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa as a friend to the USA and supporter of partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain, the US Navy and the Maritime Combined Forces. In a statement, he extended condolences to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and to the people of Bahrain on the passing of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa. In a tweet on the US Embassy’s official account, US Charge d’Affaires Margaret Nardi expressed her deepest condolences to the leadership and people of Bahrain. U.S. Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT) also offered condolences in a similar tweet.
