US Secretary of State pays homage to HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman

Washington, Nov. 13 (BNA): In an official statement mourning the passing of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo paid homage to HRH Prince Khalifa as “a statesman of the highest order”. He added the USA will always remember HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa as a close friend and partner who was deeply committed to fostering peace in the region and throughout the world. He added the USA will always honour his legacy and remain committed to deepening strong partnership and friendship with the Kingdom of Bahrain. The US Secretary of State expressed deep sadness at receiving the announced demise of HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, extending condolences to the honorable royal family and the Bahraini people.
