Consulate General in Jeddah receives mourners

Jeddah, Nov. 13 (BNA): The Consul General of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Jeddah, Ibrahim Mohammad Al-Maslamani, received here today, heads of consular missions and members of the diplomatic corps and international organisations accredited in the western and southern regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Bahraini and Saudi citizens, who offered condolences on the demise of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa. The Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Dr. Yusuf bin Ahmed Al-Uthaimin, visited the mission’s headquarters to offer condolences on the demise of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa. He expressed his wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the Kingdom of Bahrain under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister. On behalf of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Makkah Al-Mukarramah branch, Ambassador Hani bin Abdullah Moumina, attended and offered condolences on the passing of the late HRH Prince Khalifa. The mourners expressed their deep sorrow at the demise of HRH Prince Khalifa, praising the virtues of the late Prince. The Consul General of the Kingdom of Bahrain in Jeddah expressed his deep appreciation to the mourners for offering their heartfelt condolences on the demise of the late Prince. They extended their love and appreciation to the late HRH Prince Khalifa, and respect for the Kingdom. The Consulate General also received cables of condolences from their Royal Highnesses the Princes and a number of Saudi officials who expressed their condolences over the passing of HRH Prince Khalifa.
