Doha, November 18 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani sent Wednesday a cable of congratulations to HM Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of the Sultanate of Oman on the occasion of his country's National Day. (QNA)
