Bahrain condemns terrorist attack in Nigeria

Manama, Nov.29(BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemned the horrific terrorist attack carried out by members of the Boko Haram terrorist group on a village in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which resulted in the death of hundreds of innocent civilians and the injury of others. It expressed its sincere condolences to the families of the victims, the government and the friendly Nigerian people, and wished those injured a speedy recovery. It affirmed its solidarity with the friendly Federal Republic of Nigeria in the measures and policies it takes to preserve its security, stability and the safety of its citizens. It reiterated its position in rejecting all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism, and calling for the need for joint international and regional coordination to eliminate extremist and terrorist groups.
