Foreign Minister meets Korean Republic counterpart

Manama, Dec. 4 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, today met his Republic of Korea counterpart, Kang Kyung-wha, on the sidelines of the Manama Dialogue. The two sides discussed the close friendship and cooperation relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Korea, stressing the need to develop these relations. They also reviewed a number of issues of common interest. The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for International Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and the Director of the of Afro-Asian Affairs, Ambassador Mona Abbas Radhi. On the Korean side, it was also attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Hai Kwan Chung and the accompanying delegation.
