Foreign Minister meets Afghanistan’s National Security Adviser

Manama, Dec. 4 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, today met the National Security Adviser in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan,Dr. Hamdullah Mohib, on the sidelines of the Manama Dialogue. They reviewed the distinguished relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, and ways to develop joint cooperation between both countries at all levels to serve the common interests. They also discussed a number of issues of common concern. The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for International Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, and the Director of the Afro-Asian Affairs, Ambassador Mona Abbas Radhi. On the Afghan side, it was attended by the accompanying delegation.
