Commander-in-Chief receives Indian Ocean Naval District Commander, French Forces Base Commander in UAE

Manama, Dec. 7 (BNA): BDF Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received Indian Ocean Naval District Commander and French Forces Base Commander in UAE Major General Jacques Fayard, and French Ambassador to Bahrain Jérôme Cauchard, and the French Non-resident Military Attaché to Bahrain Colonel Luc Dario. The meeting reviewed the solid historical ties between Bahrain and France. Defense Affairs Minister Lieutenant-General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, and Chief-of-Staff Lieutenant-General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi were present.
