HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulates President of the Sovereign Transitional Council of the Republic of the Sudan

Manama, Dec.14, (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today sent a cable to the President of the Sovereign Transitional Council of the Republic of Sudan, General Abdel-Fattah Al Burhan, congratulating him following the rescindment of Sudan as a State Sponsor of Terrorism. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister praised this important step which will help Sudan bolster its role as a member of the international community as well as enhance its contributions towards Arab and African issues on the global stage. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister wished the citizens of Sudan further development, progress and prosperity. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister also sent a similar cable of congratulations to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Sudan, Dr Abdalla Hamdok.
