Foreign Minister receives call from Sri Lankan counterpart

Manama, Dec. 16 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, received a phone call from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Dinesh Gunawardena. The Sri Lankan Foreign Minister congratulated Dr. Al Zayani on Bahrain's National Day, expressing appreciation of growing relations between both countries and peoples in various fields. He wished the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity. Dr. Al Zayani expressed thanks to the Sri Lankan Minister of Foreign Affairs, praising strong bilateral relations and contribution of the Sri Lankan community to the development process in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
