Health minister praises Government Innovation Team on Ideathon competition win

Manama, Dec. 20 (BNA): Health Minister Faiqa bint Saeed Al Saleh said that the success of Bahraini competencies in international competitions and gatherings is a source of pride for the kingdom, noting that the Ministry of Health has creative personnel and competencies, who are capable of taking on any challenges locally and internationally, and showcasing their creativity and potentials in various fields. The minister was commenting on the Government Innovation team’s winning the regional Ideathon competition, organised by the Kuwait’s Secretariat General of the Supreme Council for Planning and Development, in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the World Bank Group. Al-Saleh congratulated Dr. Amina Taher, the family medicine consultant and her team for their winning project, the Government Talent Cloud Project for Optimal Investment In the organizational structures of the public sector, "Rotating the governmental energies and talent", expressing her pride in the achievements made by the people of Bahrain in the fields of innovation and development.
