Manama, Dec. 24 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received a cable of congratulations from member of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa bin Hamad Al Khalifa, on his appointment as Prime Minister.
