Foreign Ministry Undersecretary receives Pakistani ambassador

Manama, Jan. 4 (BNA): The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa received at the Ministry’s General Court today, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Mr. Afzaal Mahmood, on the occasion of the end of his tenure. Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa praised the efforts exerted by the Pakistani ambassador to boost bilateral relations of friendship and cooperation. She also affirmed the kingdom’s keenness to enhance joint action to serve common interests. She wished the ambassador every success in his future duties. The Pakistani ambassador thanked the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and all officials at the Kingdom of Bahrain for their support and cooperation during his tenure. He also wished the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
