HM King thanked by Sudan’s Head of Transitional Sovereignty Council

Manama, Jan. 14 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of thanks from Sudan’s Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al Burhan Abdelrahman Al Burhan, in reply to HM’s congratulatory cable on removing his country’s name officially and finally from the list of terror-sponsoring states. Lt. Gen Al Burhan expressed his appreciation for His Majesty’s stances in support of Sudan, stressing Sudan’s commitment to work together with the Kingdom to strengthen the brotherly ties and cooperation in regional and international issues of common interest. He wished HM the King continued health and happiness, and Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
