Al Shaqab Wins First Endurance Race of New Season

Doha, January 26 (QNA) - Al Shaqab team won the first place in the first endurance race of the new season of Qatar Endurance Committee, organized at in the Marathon Village of Sealine for a distance of 100 km divided into three stages (40-35-25). Al Shaqab team won the first place after the victory of knight and trainer Hassan Tahous Al Nuaimi, while Sheikha Reem bin Mohammed bin Faisal Al-Thani won the second place with knight Jassim Rashid Mohammed Al Kaabi, and Faahad Mohammed Al Kaabi won the third place with knight Reem Mohammed Abdullah Mohammed Al Khori. Qatar Endurance Committee announced earlier the schedule for the current seasons races, whose start was delayed due to the maintenance which was taking place at the Marathon Village in Sealine. Among the most prominent races of the current season is HH The Amir Sword Endurance race, which will be held on February 13, for a distance of 110 km. (QNA)
