PM asks NOSPA official to find ways to address global financial crisis
(KPL) Prime Minister Bouasone Bouphavanh has asked all leading officials and staffs of the National Organisation for Study of Politic and Administration (NOSPA) to work hardly to find the ways for addressing the global financial crisis faced by all Lao people.
Mr. Bouasone who is also Politburo member of the Party Central Committee visited the NOSPA on 29 April where he was warmly received and briefed about the general situation of the institute from its director general Kikeo Kaikhamphithou.
At the talk, PM Bouasone said that the meeting with NOSPA officials aimed to exchange the point of view of global financial crisis and its affects to the Lao economic.
Regarding this issue, he said we have to come together to discuss and find the ways and appropriate measures to solve this problem in timely manner, and continue to encourage the economic growth of the country.
PM added that the government of Laos in the past few months has actively worked to cope with the problems and tried to address the found issues. He said the government has already determined 3 target goals, 5 directions and some of measures to address the said issues.
