Al Arabi Beat Umm Salal to Qualify for Quarter-Finals of HH the Amir Cup

Doha, January 27 (QNA) - Al Arabi defeated Umm Salal 2-1 on Wednesday at the Suheim bin Hamad Stadium in Qatar SC to advance to the quarter-finals of HH the Amir Cup. Yasser Abubakar opened the scoring for Al Arabi in the 28th minute, but Anas Mubarak leveled the game for Umm Salal in the 36th minute. Mehrdad Mohammadi sealed the victory for Al Arabi in the 84th minute from the penalty spot. On Feb. 28, Al Arabi will take on Al Sailiya in the quarter-finals of HH the Amir Cup. (QNA)
