FIFA Club World Cup 2020: Al Duhail Coach Says Team Will Play to Win Fifth Place
Doha, February 06 (QNA) - Al Duhail Coach Sabri Lamouchi expressed his trust in the capabilities of his players on achieving a good result in their match against South Korean Ulsan Hyundai team tomorrow's evening at Ahmed Bin Ali stadium. The match will determine the fifth and sixth places in the FIFA Club World Cup championship.
Speaking during a press briefing that was held at the press conference hall in the Ahmed Bin Ali stadium, the Coach said: "These are difficult times for all the world because of the Coronavirus pandemic that had much impact on the course of life."
Lamouchi said: "We tried to present our best against Egyptian Al Ahly team, but we lost the confrontation, and we will continue to try and wait to return to our level, and it is difficult to find balance, but this is the case with football."
The Coach said: "We passed our first loss against Egyptian Al Ahly team and began preparing for the next match, which we will enter with ambition to win and achieve an advanced position in the championship and work to put a good imprint for the team in this historic participation and everyone is working hard to achieve the result that we aspire to in this match. I am very confident that the players of the team will enter the stadium with their full concentration and determination to win."
For his part, Al Duhail player Sultan Al Brake asserted that Al Duhail will enter the stadium tomorrow in order to achieve victory against the South Korean team Ulsan Hyundai in the determining match for the fifth and sixth places in the Club World Cup championship. Speaking at the press conference about the match, he said: "We gained a lot of experience from our match against the Egyptian club Al Ahly, which is a strong team, and we came out with a result that we were not waiting for, although we presented a good second half, and we were not lucky enough to reach the net"
Sultan said: "We still have a match in the championship and all the players are very determined to achieve a positive result in it, and achieve victory and occupy the fifth place, although this was not our ambition, and now we have a new challenge and we will work hard to achieve a positive result in it."
