Club World Cup 2020: Bayern Munich Praise Qatar's Infrastructure

Doha, February 08 (QNA) - Bayern Munich praised Monday the State of Qatar's advanced infrastructure. The team is currently participating in the FIFA Club World Cup that is taking place in Qatar for the second year running. The competition will conclude Thursday with the final between Bayern Munich and Tigres UANL. Following Bayern's victory over Al Ahly, both coach Hans-Dieter Flick and midfield star Joshua Kimmich said they were impressed with Ahmed bin Ali stadium. Flick said he was pleased with Qatar's organization of the competition, saying it was great to play at Ahmed bin Ali stadium. He also said the team is looking to win every match and every competition they play in. The coach added that what they have seen in terms of organization so far signals an extraordinary World Cup edition in 2022. For his part, Kimmich was full of praise of the stadium and its surrounding area. He said that the stadium was so modern like those in Germany. He said everything about the stadium was perfect, adding that they look forward to playing the next game. (QNA)
