Interior Minister receives Pakistan's Governor of Punjab

Manama, Feb. 11 (BNA): Interior Minister, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received today Pakistan's Punjab Governor, Chaudhary Muhammad Sarwar, and the accompanying delegation. Capital Governor, Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa attended the meeting. The Interior Minister welcomed the officials, hailing strong ties between the two friendly countries. He highlighted the importance of such meetings in promoting bilateral cooperation, praising contributions of the Pakistani community to the development of Bahrain. The meeting reviewed cooperation and coordination as well as topics of common interests.
