HM King congratulates Kuwait Emir on National Day

Manama, Feb. 24 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa sent a cable of congratulations to the Emir of Kuwait Shaikh Nawaf Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah on his country's National Day.
