Al Wakrah Beat Al Duhail in Handball League

Doha, March 04 (QNA) - Al Wakrah won 23/22 over Al Duhail in their match held on Thursday in the fourth round of the Qatari Men's Handball League. The first half of the game ended with Al Duhail leading by one goal 12/11, but Al Wakrah succeeded in turning the result in its favor in the second half and came out with a victory after losing in the third round to Al Rayyan, while Al Duhail recorded their first loss in the league. Al Wakrah raised their score with this win to 10 points, which is the same as Al Duhail after the loss. In a second match, Al Ahli defeated Al Khor by 35/24. Al Ahli finished the first half, advancing 11/19 before expanding the difference further in the second half. Al Ahli raised their score to 8 points in fifth place, compared to 4 points for Al Khor in tenth place. (QNA)
