Finance Minister holds virtual meeting with Bangladeshi ambassador

Manama, Mar. 17 (BNA): Minister of Finance and National Economy, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, stressed growing relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Bangladesh mainly in the financial and economic fields. He was speaking in a virtual meeting with Bangladeshi Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dr. Mohammed Nazrul Islam. He welcomed him, stressing the importance to continue consolidating bilateral relations to achieve common aspirations and goals. Both sides discussed boosting cooperation between both countries in the financial and economic fields. They also spotlighted issues of common concern as well as the latest global economic developments. The Bangladeshi ambassador expressed utmost thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Finance and National Economy for his continuous keenness to enhance financial and economic cooperation between both countries. He wished Bahrain and its people further growth and prosperity.
