Foreign Minister receives Tunisian Ambassador

Manama, Mar. 18 (BNA): Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, today received the outgoing Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Salim Al Ghariani. The meeting was held in the presence of the Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs, Abdullah bin Faisal bin Jabr Al Dossari, the Undersecretary for International Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa Al Khalifa and the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman, Abdullah bin Rashid bin Ali Al Mudailwi. Dr. Zayani welcomed the outgoing ambassador and expressed pride and appreciation for the development and growth of relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Tunisia at all levels, praising the good efforts made by Ambassador Ghariani to promote relations and cooperation between the two brotherly countries. The Tunisian ambassador expressed thanks and appreciation for the support he has received from the wise leadership, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and all ministries and official bodies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which contributed to achieving the aspirations and desired goals, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain further progress and prosperity. Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani presented the outgoing Tunisian Ambassador with a commemorative gift, wishing him continued success in his future diplomatic work.
