Bahrain’s ambassador to Moscow meets Russian Duma member

Moscow, Mar.18 (BNA): Bahrain’s Ambassador to Russia Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Saati, met with Member of the Russian State Duma and Chairman of the Arab - Russian Parliamentary Friendship Committee. The Russian official entrusted the Ambassador with conveying his greetings to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain continued progress and prosperity. For his part, the Ambassador Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Saati reviewed with him the steps taken by the Kingdom of Bahrain to combat the novel coronavirus (Covid 19) pandemic at all levels. He said the steps taken by the kingdom made the world view Bahrain's experience as one of the most successful experiences in dealing with the virus and containing its repercussions. He expressed thanks and appreciation to the Russian Federation for its cooperation in providing the "Sputnik" vaccine against the Coronavirus. During the meeting, they both discussed bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Russian Federation and ways to enhance them, especially in the economic and trade fields.
