Al Sadd Prepares to Face Wehdat of Jordan in AFC Champions League

Riyadh, April 22 (QNA) - Al Sadd team conducted training this evening ahead of Al Wehdat's match in the fourth round of Group D competitions in the AFC Champions League 2021, which will be held tomorrow in Riyadh. The coaching staff, led by Spaniard Xavi Hernandez, preferred to reduce the physical load on the main players to avoid fatigue and stress, as they underwent healing training along with some water training, while the rest of the players went through strong training inside the iron hall in preparation for the next match. Al Sadd mission conducted the official medical swab for the next match this afternoon, and the press conference for the match is scheduled to be held tomorrow, Thursday. Xavi Hernandez, the coach of Qatar's Al Sadd Club, had expressed his satisfaction with the level presented by his team in the last match, defeating Al Wehdat of Jordan 3-1 yesterday at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, in the third round of the group competitions.
