Ticket Sale for the Total African Super Cup Launched

Doha, May 24 (QNA) - The Total CAF Super Cup 2020 Local Organising Committee (LOC) has announced that tickets for the match will be offered to fans via the website of the Qatar Football Association, starting from Monday, until all available tickets are sold out, which is 30% of the capacity of the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium, the venue of the game. The Local Organizing Committee has set a unified ticket price of 50 Qatari riyals, with a minimum of one ticket and a maximum of four tickets allowed for each booking. Bookings can be made by following the ticketing process instructions and purchasing through the following link: tickets.qfa.qa The Total CAF Super Cup 2020 match will be the twenty-ninth edition of the game, bringing together Egypts Al-Ahly team, the Total CAF Champions League winner, and the Moroccan club RS Berkane the Total CAF Confederations Cup. The match will take place at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Qatar on Friday, 28 May, kick-off at 7 PM (6 PM Cairo time and 5 PM Casablanca time). In line with Qatars Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) measures, the stadiums capacity will be limited to 30% to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Only fully vaccinated people and those who recovered from COVID-19 in the last nine months will be permitted to attend the match. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone in attendance, the LOC and MOPH have stipulated that only two categories of fans (must be 12 years or older) can purchase tickets to attend the event. The first category is the fully vaccinated individuals given that the second shot latest date is 14 May 2021, and that the vaccine must have been taken in the last 9 months (after 28 August 2020). The second category is the recovered individuals who have recovered in the last 9 months with last day of recovery 21 days before match day (Recovery Period: 28 August 2020 7 May 2021).
