Bahrain condemns Houthi militia’s drone attack against Saudi southern region

Manama, May 28 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militia’s launch of explosive-laden drone towards the southern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a statement, the Foreign Affairs Ministry affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its support for all the measures it takes to defend its territorial integrity against everything that targets its security and stability. The Ministry also praised the vigilance of the coalition forces supporting legitimacy in Yemen, which managed to intercept and destroy the plane, affirming that this terrorist act constitutes a blatant attack on the sovereignty of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a serious threat to the security and safety of its citizens and residents.
