Bahrain’s Ambassador to Tunisia chairs GCC coordination meeting

Tunis, June 8 (BNA): The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Republic of Tunisia, Ibrahim Mahmoud Ahmed Abdullah, chaired the coordination meeting of the ambassadors of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries accredited to the Republic of Tunisia. The meeting was held today, at Bahrain’s embassy in Tunis, within the framework of the presidency of the Kingdom of Bahrain for the current session of the GCC. The meeting discussed relations of joint cooperation between GCC countries and Tunisia, and ways to strengthen and develop them to serve common interests. Viewpoints were also exchanged on common issues between GCC countries, in implementation of the recommendations of the foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries to deepen and consolidate integration in all areas of joint work. The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Tunisia, Rashid Mohammed Al-Mansoori, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Tunisia, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Ali Al-Sager, the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Tunisia, Yahya bin Musa Al-Bakri, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Tunisia, Saad Bin Nasser Al-Humaidi, and the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Tunisia, Ali Ahmed Al-Dhafiri.
