Bahrain strongly condemns terrorist Houthi militia’s bombing of Marib, Yemen

Manama, June 11 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist Houthi militia’s bombing of the city of Marib in the Republic of Yemen with ballistic missiles and explosive-laden drones, which targeted civilian and commercial areas, resulting in the death and injury of many civilians, including women and children. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed deep condolences to the families of the victims, and to the government and people of the Republic of Yemen as a result of this terrorist act. The Ministry affirmed the Kingdom’s support for the Republic of Yemen and its continuous efforts to restore legitimacy, stressing Bahrain’s firm position in rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism. It also reiterated Bahrain’s calls for concerted international efforts to curb the crimes of the terrorist Houthi militia in Yemen, in order to restore security and stability in Yemen.
