Nature museum is opened

Kokshetau, May 12, 2009 (Khabar) - The nature museum has opened in the territory of the National Nature Reserve “Burabay”, the natural resources of which are now available for its visitors. It is some kind of an information centre as people can get to know the diversity of flora and fauna of the Schuchinsk-Borovoe resort area, the habitat for 350 animal species. The panoramic miniature of the whole park is presented in one of the exhibition halls. Deer, wild boars, roes, squirrels, wolves and lynxes can be found in the Borovoe woods. They plan to build an entertainment centre for tourists in the near future.

- We are opening the nature museum. Its work will be directed at promoting consideration for the nature and conservation of natural resources of Kazakhstan. Any tourist or visitor of the Burabay nature museum will receive information on the area, the national park and its animal and vegetable kingdom.
