Bahrain’s Ambassador to Berlin meets German lawmaker

Berlin, June 25 (BNA): The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Federal Republic of Germany, Abdullah Abdullatif Abdullah, met the member of the German Parliament (Bundestag), from the Christian Democratic Party, Frank Heinrich. The two sides emphasised the strong relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Federal Republic of Germany, and discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation at all levels. They also discussed the efforts of the Kingdom in the field of protecting human rights, women's progress and freedom of religion, thanks to the reformist approach of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, who enshrines peace and coexistence among members of society. The meeting also focused on a number of issues of common interest.
