Bahrain strongly condemns Houthi militia’s attacks against Saudi Arabia

Manama, June 27 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist Houthi militia’s launch of an explosive-laden drone and two ballistic missiles towards the cities of Najran and Khamis Mushait in the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in a cowardly aggression that targets civilians and civil institutions, and reflects the insistence of the Houthi group to obstruct efforts aimed at establishing security and stability in the region. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs praised the competence and vigilance of the coalition forces to support legitimacy in Yemen, which were able to intercept the drone and missiles. It also renewed the Kingdom of Bahrain's support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against all attempts to undermine its security, stability and territorial integrity, calling on the international community to assume its responsibilities in condemning these criminal acts by the Houthi terrorists.
