Commander-in-Chief receives Italian Ambassador, Military Attaché

Manama, June 30 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force, Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received, at the BDF General Command today, the Italian Ambassador to Bahrain, Paola Amadei, along with the Riyadh-based Italian Military Attaché to Bahrain, Colonel Massimiliano Macioce. Defence Affairs Minister, Lieutenant-General Abdulla bin Hassan Al-Nuaimi, and Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Dhiyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, attended. The commander-in-chief welcomed the Italian Ambassador and Military Attaché, and discussed with them topics of mutual interest. Director of the BDF General Command, Major-General Hassan Mohammed Saad, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Catering, Rear Admiral Yousif Ahmed Malallah, and a number of senior BDF officers were present.
