Saudi-Dutch Scientific and Educational Accord Signed 2 Riyadh

Meanwhile, Under Secretary of the Higher Education Ministry for
educational affairs Dr Mohammed Al-Ohali said the agreement will open
up new horizons in the field of higher education for benefiting from
the distinguished international experiences.

The Higher Education Ministry supports agreements between the
national universities and the foreign universities in a manner that
serves the students, he said.
