Ayyaf `Arab Mayor of the Year`

Riyadh, May 13, SPA -- Riyadh Mayor Prince Abdul Aziz bin Ayyaf was
awarded the Arab City Mayor of the Year Award for 2009.

The award was presented to the mayor by Naseba, a leading business
information company that specializes in organizing high profile
conferences and events, and the Arab Urban Development Institute at a
glittering function held at the Faisaliah Hotel on Monday.

The award ceremony marked the beginning of a three-day symposium —
“Kingdom Expansion Congress.” Ayyaf was rewarded for bringing Riyadh
into a new era of development that gave the city a new identity,
according to a report published today by Arab News.
